Introduce account settings 'prefered language', then server show 'country flag', streaming language, etc

Please introduce an account settings option to set 'prefered communication language', which then could be shown as a country flag emoji in conversations and the server channel member list next to the name, if server option 'show prefered language' is set.

Value of 'prefered communication language' could set to account's 'Language' settings by default.

This would support mainly the DMs starting the conversation in the proper language right away, avoiding the guessing and questioning of 'Are you from...?', 'Can we then switch to ...?', etc

Other communication channels, like streaming might be supported by this as well.
