Appointing a Server Deputy

I suggest to add the possibility to appoint a server deputy (or even several server deputies!). A server deputy will have administrator permissions (without any server roles), but unlike the server owner he won't have permissions to delete the server, kick/ban the server owner and other server deputies.
Appointing a deputy (or deputies) function will be only available for the server owner.
