Discord For Education

I have seen a similar post to this before but I have an idea for something that could fit schools with strict safeguarding rules better. Perhaps a school account where the school's overseers could view all messages sent to and from accounts and also not communicate with non education accounts. Discord for education could also have integration for syncing school registering software to automatically get roles for different year groups/grades. Calls on education servers would also be recording.

    People might be downvoting this because discord is their safe space and they want that freedom through all accounts.

    it would only affect discord accounts made by schools for students. Like your school email, it would not affect your personal email
    I say it is a great idea. I would love to see schools use discord with channels for each group for group projects and announcements and stuff. Also with all this remote learning this is a great idea

    There is a small problem with that, What if elementary schools want to use D.F.E. (discord for edu)? Will the over 13 rule be suspended for D.F.E? I do support this idea but i am concerned that young kids will be blocked from using this great version of discord because of some rule in the TOS.
