the option to scroll left or right (max 10) on pictures when someone sends multiple at a time

Kind of like on instagram, or the newer feature on reddit. Mobile users could swipe left or right on the screen and PC users could click a left or right arrow button to navigate through multiple pictures at once, I'm thinking 10 is a good maximum, for example.

This could also be an option, like a checkmark before you send all those pictures at once to either send them normally or send them with the navigation feature for the pictures.
It would be very helpful to decrease spam, because some people want to send 10 images for example, but are worried for spamming. Perhaps even gifs could be included in the fun as well.
