Win10 Text Curser Indicator Casues Discord to Freeze

Basically, as long as this Win10 Accessibility feature is on, Discord will freeze after doing anything remotely strenuous, like scrolling far back fast, or changing a setting (basically any setting) in the settings menu. Once I turn it off, all the problems are gone and Discord works perfectly again. I do not know if Discord can fix this, or if this is a Microsoft issue, but figured I would post it here anyway. If I wait, Discord will work again, but its very annoying. I can live without this feature on but it helps when it is on, and others who might need it more may not.

I have all the latest drivers and Windows 10 updates, a GTX 1060, an i5 6600K, and 16GBs of RAM.
