Allow stickers to be dragged onto the channel or be able to "stick" to the chats.

The discord sticker feature is a nice little addition added to discord (Canada) recently. However, the stickers feel like exclusive glorified gifs. They should have a distinct functionality/feature They should be implemented more like stickers on iOS where you can drag them around and stick them etc. Maybe even add a way to stick them onto someone else's message as a reply!
