Add an option to Block/Deafen users from hearing yourself speak in VC

I don't understand why this isn't a feature already, because it would be so useful and could counter harrassment in Voice Channels, in bigger servers like community servers, you will get trolls and bullies who just want to get on your nerves, and get a reaction out of you, even if you mute them they can still hear you and use that against you, and it's quite annoying as I've experienced it. I think an easy solution to this, is allow all users to prevent specific users from hearing you, that way they cannot get ANYTHING out of you to satisfy them, and you can still talk to your friends and other friendly members, without being disturbed or being annoyed that they will make fun of anything you say, since muting them and blocking them does absolutely nothing to prevent them from being able to hear you in the VC. Please, it's been annoying me as two people have been targetting me and ruining my VC experience, since whenever they join I just simply leave to not give them any satisfaction. No, this wouldn't be an admin feature, it would be a regular user feature since it doesn't affect the server, only yourself.
