offensive content warning

just like the nsfw warning, maybe we could have one that is also for offensive content? so if theres something thats there that will most likely offend someone that will make them leave the server, they could be warned first before they enter the channel.

    well, the account valor, and Luviki (Owned by same person, they have many alts) has spammed my DMs with racist offensive and inappropriate swears, I didnt even do anything, I just joined a friends server, if you get a report from ACTOR PRO, that is similar  to this, is because he was also a victim
