MacOS third party Camera software compatibility

On MacOS the only selectable choice on the video option is you default MacOs camera. However me having SnapCamera and EpoCam want to use these on discord. Hut discord does not recognise these and multiple people have realised that’s these are not compatible. The thing is, is that you are able to use these third party camera softwares on zoom and other video chat services.

  I would also like to see EpocCam supported by Discord on macOS Big Sur.

  the only solution i've found for this is to use the browser discord and set your default cam on the browser to the third party software you're using. Kinda scuffed but it's better than nothing.
