Shared moderator posts

There have been multiple occasions now where our mod team has wanted to change an existing post by another moderator to word it better or because we're updating our server policies, but we are unable to, resulting in us either having to wait for them to come online or for us to delete their post and someone else to add a new one back in at the bottom of the channel. 

It would be great if there would be some sort of feature where a moderator could create a post (or add a flag to an existing post) that flags it as 'shared curation' between moderators - meaning that moderators (or higher) could edit this post. It would also be prudent to add an auditlog event for these edits or some form of seeing who edited the post last and what the edit was.

I appreciate this may well be a fairly complex feature to add, but I feel it would be one that added a substantial amount of value to servers with even medium sized moderation teams.
