Ability to set slowmode on a role

Hi! My suggestion is to add a slowmode which you can set amongst the permissions so that people with that role will get a slowmode. This seems like it could be a cool alternative to punish spammers (or those people who type each word on a new line), rather then, for example, a muted role.
