Feature Request - Ban List - Add more info to ban

Currently the only info in the ban list is the reason, I think it would greatly benefit people if that also have a date of the ban and the mod who banned the user. If the user was banned months ago you might not have a record of who banned the user and when the user was banned. If you know the mod who banned a person you make be able to track them down to give more info. Also being able to ban a user that in not in the server by username or by user ID would be very helpful.

    There are bot that logs mods name and user id as reason when they ban the user.

    Simple bots like Dyno or Carl-bot does the trick just fine.
