Hello everyone!

I need help now because I have a friend who is not underaged for Discord but she can't log in to her account because Discord says she is underaged. She updated her age information on the request page but nothing happened. She need her profile back. What can she do now because her account is scheduled for deletion?

She opened a ticket and updated their information about her age yesterday but nothing happened. She can't be patient because our online classes are on Discord and now she can't join.
