make server bans have a max length of 1 year

heaps of servers just ban people forever but i strongly believe all server bans should auto expire after a year so the user that was banned can rejoin the server again after a year.

    Not that, but a ban prune option would be useful.

    I have a certain number of individuals that I wish to never be able to enter my server. So instead of auto-expiring after 1 year, there can be the option to choose whether to permanently ban the user or ban the user for a set amount of time.
