Server Boosting Turn Off/On Function

Let the server owners decide if you can boost or not boost a server!
For third-party or secondary Discord servers of a bigger network this can come handy.

Server Boosting Link Function

Server owner can create redirections for Server Boosting. When pressing the Server Boosting icon a redirection link will pop-up with the message, "This server supports <server_name>. Your Server Boost will go to the server <server_name>."
