Let put custom Emoji in role-name !

Hey :) 

It would be great to let people put personalized emoji / icons in roles, like an emojicopy or even better to integrate the function into roles with a small menu.

There are a lot of RP servers, or even classic ones, which will use this function for their diferent roles I am sure.
