Allow for users to MUTE others video streaming in private or group chats

Seriously it's an invasion it makes me uncomfortable. I'm expecting a voice chat and there someone is turning on a camera. If I wanted to see them I'd check out thier twitch stream or be willing to hit an accept button to see thier stream. But I don't have that option.. and it leaves things open I'm surprised no one has sexually harassed anyone yet.. this "feature" needs to be rethought.
