This is getting serious
a little RE on my last post, but I have found that this is getting increasingly common.
THESE are the bots responsible.

YAGPDB.xyz
I have found that deleting the servers I share with them, blocking them and closing the DMs with them does not work. P L E A S E help me. seriously.
SIDE NOTE: if you are expiriencing the same thing, the bots will DM you about the server they joined you to. just delete the servers for now, PLEASE COMMENT OR UPVOTE. I really want this to go through to the admins.

Your account has been compromised. Those bots are not the reason you are joining random servers. Those bots you listed have options to message new people after they join your server. The bots are safe. Try changing your discord password and check to see if you have been in any database breaches with https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and change any website passwords that share the same password with the sites that have been compromised. Please update us if the random server joining issue still happens after you change your password.

No worries, I figured it out. Nothing was hurt. I authorized the bots. the Chill Giveaways bot I unknowingly give permission to join me to servers. Since I no longer need that bot, I de-authed it. Thanks!

I was wrong, I completely forgot Auth for bots! All the other bots you listed are safe, but other people online were complaining that chill giveaways made you join servers. Glad you solved the issue.

I know this is late , but some people were not sure about how to deauthorize bots.
Try going to User Settings > Authorized Apps and check if there's a bot you're unfamiliar with or you don't remember authorising. If it is, hover your cursor on it then choose "Deauthorize".

How do I deauthorize on iPad? I also have the same issue as well for the past few days, but I can’t find something that says “authorized apps” on my iPad.

It happened to me too, but with an other bot so let me warn you about it ^^
The bot is called "verification" but its name is just a lie...
This bot can join you to servers you don't even know the existence...
So, for people who's entered random servers, DO NOT let this bot joining you to randoms,DO NOT let it the authorization to do that !!!

Yes, I de authed it and now I'm not joining any. However, for my alt account which I don't use often, I just created a hundred new servers so it was at the limit lol (somehow it got into my alt account without me authorizing it)

Very late and already explained by 'Propeller" but for the people who are still looking and trying to de-auth bots, here is a little more in-depth post.
For all the people who are asking where and how to de-auth bots, go to your discord account user settings and then go to "Authorized Apps". There, look for the discord bots that have permissions to join servers for you. To see what bots can and cant join servers for you, the bot name will show and their permissions below it. Lastly, to de-auth it hover your mouse over the bot and you should see a red "Deauthorize". Click it and you should be good to go.

ok guys, I know how to get out of this. But somebody tell me HOW TO authorize for "join servers for you" cuz i got banned in the last server saying this:
