Suggestion - Custom Permissions

I was thinking it would be cool to add Custom Permissions into discord roles for things like bots. for example you could make a permission where people can Warn/Strike People without having to do it with already existing permissions or role names/ids.

  I think this kind of Permissions doesn't related to discord but rather to bots developers, in other way discord can't cotrol the bots Permissions
