Option to toggle Auto role assignment for users who go online/Offline

Activity isn't a problem, however, users who do participate, keep their online-status to offline while still using the server for different functions like voice chat, host games in the Server voice chat and etc. It doesn't bother users very much but it does affect the look of the servers. In a lot of cases, we have more people offline playing in the server in a big group then actually online. It makes the server look dead or inactive. Having the ability to have offline users get a role that Disables or limits what they can see can help encourage Online status or at least deter Lurkers who are only counted as offline bodies.
