Option to allow a role to change its own colour

Hey, this idea is mostly applicable to smaller servers (like less than 200 users or so), where active users often have their own custom colour role. I think it would be very convenient for such servers if there was an option in the role settings to allow a role to be able to change its own colour, so that in such a server, people don’t always have to ask a mod to change their colour for them, making it much more convenient for the mods and people trying to change their colour. This could also possibly go for role names. Thanks for reading the idea! :D

    Just letting you know, that you're able to use Discord Bots for this! Here's one that's used for me when to change my color. 
    (Using the Dyno Bot)
