Have an option to globally disable PMs for all server members

I have members who were banned making alt accounts and private messaging my members nasty things about me. It would be nice to have an option to globally disable PMs for all server members. The way it would work is only the owner of the server or staff (with given permissions) can private message members but regular members, when the permission is revoked, cannot PM other members in the server. I think this would be a really nice feature for bigger discord servers or servers with lots of trolls.

    In my personal opinion, it sounds like the reason for this feature is because you don't want others to smack talk about you. 

    However, it's the user's option if they would like to close their DMs from the server or all servers. As well as believing or not believing in what the alts say. 

    Again, I'm not hating it in any way, I'm just trying to give my own opinion on this.
