New Feature Request: Isolate Individual in Voice Channel

Scenario:

- People are gathered in a voice channel and one person, we'll call him Bob, is speaking.
- You need to tell something to Jill, who is also in the voice channel, but don't want to interrupt Bob
- You hover over Jill in the chat, you hold down the middle mouse button (or whatever)  on her name, everyone else gets temporarily muted, and you start speaking
- Only Jill will be able to hear your words and no one else
