Marker / info who read message in channel (like in Whatsup, Line)

Is it possible for Discord for Android in the group channel like #general to show if someone read the message I wrote like in other messengers, e.g. small markers like in Line, Whatsup?

To be honest, this is the only option at the moment that I am missing, so that we can 100% move the whole group to Discord from tools such as Line / Whatsup / Messanger.
I do not care about the notification that someone has read my message, but only about the marker that would show which people would read the message and which not yet (Whatsup works in such a way that if I hold the message with my finger and select properties, the list is displayed there people who have read and who have not yet).
