Disable Stickers by Server Owner/Admins

With the new stickers in testing, server admins/owners should be able to disable them in a channel or role basis. If you have a large community, the stickers will quickly get overbearing with their size.

Make this a toggle like embedded links for both roles and channels. That'll resolve this issue.

  I agree! Stickers should be like emojis and other things like that where you can disable them.
