Separate billing cycles

PLEASE separate the server boosts and Nitro billing cycles. I really, really hate having to cancel Nitro AND Server Boosts in order to cancel one of them.... wait until the very end of the billing cycle and then resubscribe.

  I agree with this and believe more flexibility for handling billing is needed.
