Multiple role mention conditions

Can there be a way to ping all members with a group of roles (not just all members in any of the given roles)?

I would find this useful for notifying {Followers} and {Among Us}, but only members who have both roles (as an example).

Additional clause may include using {at}here with a role mention to notify all online members with the specified role.
