Adding a colour picker for the discord theme

I have a suggestion that I think would be cool, if we could have a colour picker like the one we have roles but for the discord theme instead of just having a choice of "light" or "dark". I think it would be nice because it would add a small extra bit of customization for your discord app without being too difficult to implement because you could use the already existing code for the role colour picker.
