Features for the "Replies" function

Discord has started to allow me to use the "Replies" instead of "Quotes" and I wanted to comment about a few suggestion that I feel would improve the new system:

- Give the option to change to who you are replying besides the owner of the message.
It would be something similar to how you can disable and enable some mentions when answering to a Tweet with several people in the threat but being able to choose from all users of the server that you want to put the reply to.

- Being able to change if you are mentioning someone or not after sending your Reply.
I feel that a lot of people can leave the mention On when making a Reply and that would be an useful feature to avoid having to delete and resend the Reply in order to remove said mention.

- Being able to Reply to a message in a different from where the message you are replying to is.
I think that being able to move the conversation from one channel to another could be a good idea. Specially in situation where you start talking about a topic that the channel you are on is not good for and you want to move the conversation to another one.

Do give me opinions on the comments about whether these could be different in any way or if you agree with it or why not otherwise.
