Why is my account even banned?

My account was banned for being “underage”. First off, I am 14 years old. Secondly, I have emailed Discord support, and it’s been A WEEK since. I never got a response. I don’t understand. I sent my birth certificate, my ID, and my face. It’s ridiculous.

    And when I say banned, I mean disabled, not from just one server.

    In such cases, reviews may take a little longer. If you have sent the required documents, your request can be positive.

    I even sent the correct documents before that and I was told it was incorrect. They told me my account would not be reinstated if I didn't send all of the stuff they listed. I did, and I still have nothing.
