Deleted Discord Accounts

Allow Discord to give users access to deleted accounts IDs through a temporary account or through a new account. This would be useful to salvage items certain accounts which are deleted with have in case they are unique. I feel like although this may be a niche issue, I find it would be really useful to get some incredibly rare items back into circulation into some bots.
