Watch/subscribe to someone else's message so we get notified when it gets replied

Scenario:

1. Someone asks a question on a text channel
2. I also need an answer for that question
3. I watch/subscribe to that question
4. Someone else answers that question by clicking reply button
5. Bam, I also get notified
