Add the ability to aggregate chat replies to the message inbox.

Chat replies default to mention the message author, but the inbox menu does not observe these mentions. It would be a beneficial quality of life improvement if chat replies with mentions enabled were included in the message inbox and users had to the ability to toggle these types of mentions in the config drop-down.
