Make the md parsing display like it does in github instead of just syntax highlighting

As the title suggests, I would like to request code segments (with the triple `) that have the "md" syntax method select act like you'd see on a GitHub's README.md instead of just coloring the text with syntax highlighting

For example phpBB's GitHub README looks like this:

Reason: As a server moderator/admin, I believe it would make it easier to post channels that have "rules", "info", etc formatted easier and nicer. There may be some complications that come with it (small word count, will have to do multiple posts, etc) but I am sure people will adjust
