Please enabled my account again.. I entered the wrong year of birth, that makes my account disabled

  You definitely forgot that there is a federal law which states companies cannot collect data from people under 13. You therefore put in your actual birthdate, which classified you as underage. Discord then disabled your account. Simple as that.
