Extra layer of server and member management.

Allow channels, categories, roles and members to be locked by server staff. Few examples or things this could have;

1. Locking channels - An administrator can change this setting, The channel(s) locked will not be able to be moved and permissions will not be able to be changed by anyone without the administrator permission.

2. Locking categories - An administrator can change this setting, All channels in the locked category will not be able to be moved, The category itself will not be able to be moved, And all permissions of the channels in the category and of the category itself will not be able to be changed by anyone without the administrator permission. This will also prevent new channels from being created in the server.

3. Locking the server channel list - The server owner can change this setting, It will do 1 and 2 to all channels and categories in the entire server, Only people with the administrator will be able to change anything after it's all locked but only the server owner can change this setting.

4. Locking roles - An administrator can change this setting, Roles will be able to be locked, When locked the permissions, the color, the name and the placement will all not be able to be changed. Optionally, The owner can lock the entire Roles menu and nothing will be able to be changed.

5. Locking a member - An administrator can change this setting, Lock the roles of a member, After doing so they can't change their own roles even with the manage roles permission and no one else can. This will also lock their nickname and it wont be able to be changed by anyone but administrators.
