Ability to change the order of users listed in the User list on a server locally

Sometimes you may want to see specific users, users of a specific role, or see users listed in a different way regardless of role, and this could help without changing the order for everyone. You could change the display order of users by name, role, status (online, idle, DnD, offline), etc. To suit your viewing preference. This would only change it for you, not for others.
