Nicknames management

Hello !

I've given some permissions like the nicknames management, the role management and the change nickname modification to some members of my server but people who have the same highest role can't change their nicknames between us.

I understand that someone who has a lowest role can't change the nickname of somebody else who has a highest role but I would like to have a sub-option we could activate or not which allow nicknames modification between people who have the same highest role.
