Embed Files (like mp3) in a Rich Embed

Some bots that do stuff with music might want to send a preview. In my case, it's a bot for a rythm game. I'd like to be able to embed a smaller version of the music player in a Rich Embed of the bot. Right now I have to separately send a message where I upload the whole file which results in a relatively very large audio player. Especially if the clips are only a few seconds, we don't need to see a progress bar of the music.
