Animate server logos when the server is active

I really dislike that animated server icons only animate when your mouse is hovering over it. 

Can we please let the icon animate as long as a server is selected/active?

Would look much nicer.

  I think the big reason why it doesn’t do this is because it’s just taking up more resources and all that. Maybe a setting in appearance would be a good way to implement this

  Looking for related or similar requests, this is what I've found so far (Nov 4, 2020). Some are not specific to any single animated thing, but all deal with giving users better control/consistency regarding animated aspects.  It seems strange I'm not able to find any response from the devs...

  Bump!

  Make this a toggle-able option for all users, but ON by default.  As of now, the animated icons are pointless and nobody ever sees them.  So much for a Nitro "incentive."
