New slowmode type
Have a slowmode type where a user cannot send a message until somebody else does. Very useful for counting games or one word games where the game depends on each person sending a message and waiting for the next person to send one. The implementation on the code side should be very easy, as it just checks if the channel even has this new slowmode and if the latest message in the channel is from the user. It can be called "One at a time slowmode" or something.

Nice idea , but how many people do you think this update would actually help? The discord dev team are magical pixies, not gods - they only have soo much time in a day. It would be too much effort for too little an update. Sorry :( However, there are many discord bots currently online 24/7 that can do the same thinng -2
