A way to turn picture.

In case that a picture are like me upside down, right now their is no way i can face it up right.
It seem not so cool, when you have a awesome picture for your group, but its facing the wrong way, and no way to turn it.
Error happens for me, if the program load a picture that are faced sideways, i don't know how it happens but it did. But no matter what i do i can't load it right, it remember the upside down position.
