Customizable profile bios

Basically just like, a space under a user profile to add a small amount of public text (likely with a character limit), similar to a twitter or instagram bio. This way people can put a small amount of server-wide information about themselves without much hassle. It could be positioned somewhere similar to the current notes section, and is view able when clicking a user's name in a server. Whilst we do have custom statuses, they don't exactly act as what i mean.
