Ability to block user with their username and tag

My phone is quite laggy and i accidentally closed the dm with a person i want to block. i still have their username and tag, but no way to block them. An ability to block people like this would be greatly appreciated. now i have to change several privacy settings to make sure this person doesnt find me again. It's annoying and unnecessary

    I agree was going to open a request for this but found this post would be really helpful if they did that since say your  friend is not sharing a server with the person that your trying to block, you and your friend can easily block them though username with tag/ ID it would make it much safer since then you would be safeguarding other users by cautioning them about this blocked user so what ever doesn't happen to them.
