Allow us to do surveys on discord.

The synstaxe can be for example be:

/pool [Question] <Answer 1> <Answer 2> <Answer 3> <Answer 4> (duration)

Example: /pool [Who is the best?] <Discord> <Skype> <TeamSpeak> (1 Day)

 

The survey would not be done with reactions but directly by clicking on the desired answer, and seeing the percentage of answers!

  Thanks for the code, probably is the best solution right now.

  I hope that in the future DISCORD could have a real solution about survey need.
  We need a Discord's function with more option!
