Theme sync toggle on desktop (not just mobile)

I want to use light mode on my laptop so I can keep the screen brightness lower and save more battery, but I have a really bright desktop monitor that runs everything in its dark theme.

Right now, changing the theme on my desktop changes it on my tablet, so I have to change the theme each time I change devices. This is stupid. There's already a toggle on my phone.
