Certifying a device instead of certifying an IP address for logging in

I have multiple accounts and I keep changing between them, but every time I’m somewhere new and change accounts I have to fill those goddamn captchas and enter my email to certify that specific IP. So I’d like a feature where i certify/trust my phone so that it’s 10 times easier to switch back into accounts.
