Selecting Roles (Role Movement)

This is a really nit picky request but yet here I am. I hate making a ton of roles and then am forced to organize them one by one. It really gets annoying when I have to move 10 different roles to the top of the page. I think it would be a cool idea if you could select roles to move them. It would make it easier to organize them too.
