Various Fixes and Improvements to Administration

I own a large partnered server with 33,000 members and we have a decent amount of trouble with certain areas and wish a few things could be more improved upon.

1. Increased security customization.

We have a lot of issues with things like raiding, as we've been being harassed by a group of users who use bot accounts to spam and tag members. We want to have the ability to use multiple levels of server security at once. For example, we currently use the highest security Discord allows, but we cannot have things such as a 10 minute cool-down on entry without using a bot.

2. The ability to make certain roles tag-able by certain other roles.

In the server we have a channel that we use for whenever in-game moderators stream, and we have a role for notifications, but we must use a bot to enable and disable the ability for them to tag the role. If we keep it open forever, people will spam tag it, so that is not an option. We also enjoy having a role, as it is much easier for new users to opt in and out of it than use channel permissions to receive notifications for channel traffic.

3. A way for admins or staff to be alerted based on traffic.

When a lot of people join a server at once, there isn't much ability to tell without using a bot or watching join traffic channels, but a way to be notified if X amount of users join within a certain time frame would be very helpful for stopping raids.

4. The ability to do things to users in mass amounts.

Things like giving users roles or mass banning certain users without using a bot would be very nice to have integrated into management. Whenever we need things like this we rely on bots to do it, which works, but bots can be unreliable. When we give every member a certain role, it will take multiple days for a bot to do it.

5. The ability for certain roles to bypass slow-mode.

Slow-mode is a very nice thing for servers, especially servers of larger size, but long slow-mode can be very frustrating when enabled. With this being said, a way to manage slow-mode for those we want, without giving them permissions we don't want to, would be very helpful.

These are the main things, but I will post more threads if more ideas come to mind.

I'm not sure if this deserves it's own thread, but another feature i'd like to see that fits in perfectly with these administration improvements is the following.

Ranks/Roles that are of ''equal'' level.

For example: I want the role ''Boss A'' to be equal to ''Boss B'' this to make ''Boss A'' unable to give him-/herself the rank of ''Boss B'' which would otherwise technically be below him/her, without taking away the role editing function.

Roles with sub-roles.

Fitting in with the previous point; I want the role ''Boss A'' to only be able to give the role ''Member A'' and ''Boss B'' to only be able to give the role ''Member B''.

I manage a small (~100) server consisting of multiple teams working together and i want private channels for both of them,
without making seperate servers, but currently the highest placed ''Boss'', eventhough equal to the other ''Bosses'' can also assign himself the title of the other teams', making him/her able to acces the other teams private channels.

Right now i have it ''fixed'' like this, but this makes me the only person able to assign these roles, and expecting the server to grow quite a bit more in the future that won't do.

If anyone knows a different way to fix this be sure to let me know.
