input volume shouldn't affect input sensitivity

Right now when you change input volume your input sensitivity is affected in that you'll actually have to raise your sensitivity to adjust if you make your volume go down, otherwise people just won't hear you.

If input sensitivity just took your raw mic volume levels and used that as the factor for when your voice goes through and then input volume adjusted your volume for when it did manage to go through, that'd be pretty nice.
